OverviewWe wish to appoint new Trust Grade Registrar (ST3+) colleague to join our Renal service at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (GHNHSFT). Job purpose The post is based at the Gloucester Royal site. Our inpatient wards are on the 7th floor with 53 beds along with some responsibility for outlying wards. There will be opportunities to attend clinic, gain practical procedure skills, (e.g., dialysis lines and renal biopsies) and to manage acute renal referrals.
There will also be a commitment to the acute medical take Clinical responsibilities The post is suitable for anyone who has full MRCP and appropriate experience working in a general medical speciality at registrar level. Successful candidates will be expected to provide senior support to the junior members of the team, partake in full on calls which would include weekends and nights and also run lead cardiac arrests
