JOB DESCRIPTION

The Specialty Sales Partner Team Lead will have direct impact working with a team of merchant sellers to maintain and grow integrated partner solutions revenue within the U.S. Bank Merchant Payment Services Organization. Responsible for cultivating existing Elavon partnerships, in coordination with existing Partner team, to uncover CCB Chanel sales opportunities. Will manage brand partnerships, specifically in hospitality, to ensure team is adhering to brand standards and growing revenue.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Nine or more years of product sales experience
  • Ability to travel

  • Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
  • Excellent marketing and business development/sales skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills, providing coaching and training opportunities and constructive feedback
