Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for artwork approval and keeping all brand trackers up to date.
  • Ensuring information is accurate, legal, and compliant in line with the artwork details.
  • Coordinate and ensure the team delivers technical service tasks such as the KPI reports, CC monthly presentation packs, supplier COA/COC, raw material MR & ETO certs or any ad hoc presentation requirements.
  • Ensure customer and supplier complaints are dealt with effectively in a timely manner and information maintained for site performance trending.
  • Managing supplier Approval information, in terms of SAQ’s to be completed, RM specification & FP specification with BRC require to be in date via the Qadex system.
  • Completing customer specification for all retailers, understanding the various portals.
  • Being able to generate and complete finished product specification.
  • Manage the QMS to ensure it is kept live and relevant in line with BRC requirements & other accreditations. Grades need to be maintained or improved if necessary.
  • Ensure all schedules are updated and being adhered to i.e Internal audit, traceability & testing requirements.
  • Continually reviewing procedures, policies in line with any Non-conformance or issues raised as part of continuous improvement.
  • Internal auditing of all prerequisites. Including pest control/glass and plastic, metal detection relevant in line with BRC V9.
  • Quality Manual – updating and document control of all systems, procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring all required information is received from suppliers in line with current legal or any alerts.
  • Ensuring customers receive all required technical information including questionnaires, specifications and certificates of analysis.
  • Monitoring complaints, close out of customer and suppliers and keeping complaints database up to date.
  • Organizing vet visit for site to approval animal origin product certification such as Butter Ghee.
  • Liaising with export sales team to ensure all EU legislation requirements are achieved so product can be released
