As a Payroll and HR professional, you will impact the success of Industrial Fire Products & Solutions by effectively supporting payroll processes, ensuring on-time and accurate compensation, and supporting accurate records for the growth and development of the Industrial Fire business. In addition, you will support compliance requirements to ensure accurate filings and HR requirements are completed timely.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary degree required
  • Payroll certification/qualification preferred
  • Solid foundational and working knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle
  • Hands-on experience with the various inputs and outputs, such as vendor interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll is essential
  • 3 -5 years payroll experience in Poland or a combination of Payroll and/or HR experience
  • ADP payroll preferred with knowledge of HRIS and associated integrations
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (excel, word, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of country and localized payroll legislation
  • Working knowledge of International Assignees

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate payroll related processes, maintains payroll related information and records, compile data, and respond to payroll queries.
  • Coordinate support/clerical staff in generating payroll checks and providing related information.
  • Monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee time and attendance processing.
  • Prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
  • Perform employee inquiry resolution and advanced issue resolution
  • Interact proactively with key internal business partners and customers daily
  • Adhere to the defined payroll calendar
  • Maintain standard work/procedures
  • Integrate data management (connector between systems)
  • Reconcile payroll and maintain the payroll blueprint
  • Report creation and analysis
  • Collaboration with vendors
  • Monitor banking files and address rejects
  • Basic testing/QA of change requests
  • In-depth research of escalated issues
  • Payroll Lodgments
  • Tasks related to employee leaves, time and attendance and other compliance requirements
