POLISH PAYROLL JUNIOR SPECIALIST

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Payroll Administration:

• Calculation and preparation of monthly payrolls in accordance with Polish law.
• Generation of transfer files and preparation of lists of liabilities.

Periodic Payroll Administration:

• Preparation of annual PIT 4R return, ZUS IWA declaration, and annual PFRON DEK-R declaration.

Payroll - Others:

• Preparation of ad hoc ZUS documents, maintenance of pension records, and handling Social Security clarifications.
• Providing support for inspections and responding to employee queries related to payroll calculations.

Additional Services:

• Preparation of annual return forms PIT 11/40 and assistance during inspections by ZUS, PIP, Tax office.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• 1-3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Familiarity with Polish labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
