Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree From an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License - if practicing within this state
- 1 year Clinical experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Point of Care experience.
