ABOUT YOU:

• We are seeking someone with extensive clinical experience in areas that are directly relevant to this caseload.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.

• As the successful candidate, you will be providing a high quality Speech Pathology service across a range of clinical areas to patients and carers of the Aged Care Service and Wingham Community Hospital to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients of the service.
• You will provide services to both patients in the community and also in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
• You will be required to work with older Australians to help promote independence, participation and quality of life.
• You will be well supported by the Service Manager of the Aged Care Services team. Online education and the opportunity to attend external training sessions is available in order for you to fulfil your role.
