Job Requirements:

• Experience in Order Book Management
• Knowledge of SAP, a strong asset
• Capacity for analysis and data organisation
• Ability to manage and prioritize personal and team projects
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Manager of APS Demand Management and acting as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, the Sperry Wholesale Lead, APS Demand Management is responsible for on-time and accurate outbound order management for their region. This person will coach & train their team to perform daily Order Book Management tasks and perform analysis for their accounts to track on time order shipment to the end customer, providing operational excellence for the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the Sperry Demand Management Team (workload, training & performance) and tasked to deliver an Accurate Order Book & Order Coverage visibility, directly impacting sales & profitability of the division.
• Ensures alignment of team activities with the ever-evolving calendar associated to each brand, project, and territory, as well as the fast evolution of the APS business models.
• Performs weekly reporting to track delivery and order coverage.
• Documents Demand Management Processes and flags potential process gaps or issues to manager
• Ensures processes are understood and adhered to
• Liaises with our Distribution Centers (US/CA) to ensure on-time, in-full and compliant shipping, in line with our service level targets.
• Coaches team to investigate root cause behind order and data accuracy issues and helps implement corrective action, ensuring team has adequate technical system knowledge to perform tasks
• Communicates with external customers as well as internal supply chain teams. Provides Best in Class service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure team associates are SAP trained and comfortable with internal team workflows & acts as the point of escalation for issues
