• abgeschlossene handwerkliche/technische Berufsausbildung
• handwerkliches Geschick und gut ausgeprägte Feinmotorik sowie gutes technisches Verständnis
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeitsverhalten
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
• Bereitschaft zur zeitlich begrenzten Montage
• Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

Das erwartet dich:

• Herstellen von projektbezogenen Kabelverbindungen an Hochspannungs- und Mittelspannungskabeln nach bestehenden Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Teilnahme Ausbildungs- und Qualifikationsmaßnahmen
• Richten und Absetzen der Kabelenden, Freilegen des Kupferleiters
• Schweißen des Cu- Leiters, Nachbearbeitung der Schweißstelle, Wiederherstellung der Leit- und Isolierschichten
• Wiederherstellen von Schirmen, Bleimantel
• Sicht- und Abmessungskontrollen aller Fertigungsschritte und Dokumentation in fertigungsbegleitenden Aufzeichnungen
• Unterstützung in der Kabelproduktion
• Unterstützung bei Entwicklungsarbeiten
