• Configure and manage Splunk monitoring solutions for various applications and infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to identify performance issues and provide actionable insights.
• Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts tailored to specific business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve performance issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for monitoring configurations, alerts, and dashboards.
• Optimize Splunk usage and consumption to ensure cost-effective monitoring.
• Presentations skills: able to articulate technical and business value/outcomes to varying audiences.
• Certification in Splunk
• 12-18 months experience in a similar role
