As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a SPO Sr. Manager, Strategy & Performance to our global team. Position based in London, hybrid.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):

  • 8+ years’ experience in strategy and performance.
  • Strategic: Ability to synthesize varied inputs, data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Commercial: Strong commercial acumen on what it takes to win big
  • Analytical: Possesses strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with complex data sets.
  • Collaborative: Works well with others and can build strong relationships across the organization.
    Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving results and driving performance to meet or exceed goals.

Responsibilities:

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU’LL GET TO DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

Category Commercial Strategy

  • Own short term, long-term strategic growth plan for the category under Shark or Ninja brands
  • Set well-defined and measurable category commercial objectives and KPIs, and align the whole organization to it
  • Conduct regular market sensing. Identify and raisr business implications from developments in the market (competitors, channels etc.)
  • Drive collaboration and consistency in category commercial strategy being implemented in different regions. Share and implement best practices across the business.

    Category Performance & Reporting

  • Hold together pan-EMEA view of the business for all product categories under Shark or Ninja brands

  • Generate pan-EMEA category performance scorecards and executive communication
  • Connect the dots on market trends, sales forecasts, stock, media investment etc., and identify business opportunities and risks. Accordingly, drive specific decisions and actions with the country teams (forecast, promo etc.).
  • Monitor commercial health of the category (forecast, inventory, pricing), spot the smoke, executive briefing and advisory
