Athlete career meets social media prowess: are you geared up to kickstart your journey in athlete management? Dulcedo Management is on the lookout for a young professional or recent graduate fired up about sports management and skilled in social media. This internship plunges you into project management, client relationships, and social media strategy, focusing on our esteemed roster of athletes. We appreciate candidates with editing chops who can produce engaging content that amplifies athlete branding. You’ll also play a key role in identifying and recruiting new talent for Dulcedo, setting the stage for their and our collective success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of athlete-related projects, meeting timelines, goals, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with athletes and clients, acting as a key liaison to address needs and concerns.
  • Keep up with social media trends, preparing bi-weekly reports with tailored content recommendations for each athlete.
  • Collaborate on innovative social media strategies to boost athlete branding and engagement.
  • Apply editing skills to craft compelling content across digital platforms and support brand partnerships.
  • Participate in scouting and evaluating potential new athletes, ensuring alignment with Dulcedo’s vision and branding objectives.
  • Help develop branding materials and strategies that reflect each athlete’s unique identity and career goals.
  • Establish connections with key North American media outlets, creating opportunities that match athlete brand goals.
  • Occasionally support in-person shoots and events, enhancing athlete representation.
