Sprayed Concrete Lining Manager

(A) Job Summary: The Sprayed Concrete Lining (SCL) Manager produces all related to mining works.

(B) Essential Job Functions: The SCL Manager is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible to excavation, support and forming of tunnels and shafts in the ground.
• Carrying out hand and machine tunnelling, pipejacking, sprayed concrete lining, shaft sinking and drilling and blasting.
• Moving and handling materials, resources and components
• Providing a constant supply of controlled materials.
• Keeping concrete mixes consistent and avoiding any blockages in the machinery.
• Guiding and controlling the movement and operation of concrete sprayers.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Recognized bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering. • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in mining of similar scale and complexity, using drill and blast mining method.

• Experience in Mining Tunnel
• Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil Projects.

(D) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Strong technical knowledge in work related to mining.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skill to fulfil the job functions
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Physically fit and healthy
