Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or fundraising in a digital/creative agency or B2B service organisation.
- 5+ years in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of specialists.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience in navigating and leading complex client relationships in an agency/B2B service setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience working with non-profit organisations (NFPs) and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing) and fundraising strategies (e.g., donor acquisition, campaign management).
- Experience in growing revenue through strong strategic focus and execution.
- A demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional results for clients and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working within a squad-based agency structure or a strong understanding of this model.

We’re seeking a highly motivated Squad Lead to join our dynamic digital marketing and fundraising agency, leading the charge in our newly launched squad model. This pivotal role restructures our teams to be highly collaborative and client-focused, ensuring exceptional results for our clients.
As a Squad Lead, you’ll report directly to our CEO and play a crucial role in shaping the success of this new agency model. You’ll lead a diverse squad of specialists, including Digital Performance Managers, Creatives, Project Managers, and Client Success Managers. Your focus will be on empowering your team to work seamlessly together, leverage their unique strengths, and deliver exceptional results. In addition to fostering a thriving team environment, you’ll also serve as a key liaison between your squad, other Squad Leads and the Executive team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with overall agency goals, and you will be adept at navigating complex client needs and delivering solutions that meet strategic objectives. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities faced by not-for-profit organisations.
