Are you passionate about driving change and enhancing employee experiences? We’re looking for a Squad Lead to champion our employee listening strategies, performance frameworks, and system of work improvements. Reporting to the Hub Leader of Human Potential, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Medibank’s organizational capabilities and performance outcomes.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
We’re looking for an incredible human with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. You should have a proven track record in organizational development, breaking boundaries, and fostering innovation. Your expertise in designing and implementing survey approaches and performance frameworks is crucial, alongside excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes.
Previous experience in research and development phases is advantageous, as is your deep understanding of organizational capability, employee listening strategies, and market trends. Your commercial acumen and ability to drive high performance through innovative solutions will make you a valuable addition to our team.
Responsibilities:
Squad Leadership:
- Lead and coach a team of OD experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop squad roadmaps and facilitate team rituals, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Embed research and development practices into our work cadence to drive innovation.
Performance Framework Design and Delivery:
- Regularly review and refine Medibank’s performance framework to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
- Develop materials to support its implementation across the business.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices to provide thought leadership internally.
- Offer coaching and guidance to P&C and L&D partners on performance initiatives.
Employee Listening Strategies and Organizational Effectiveness Metrics:
- Provide thought leadership on employee listening strategies such as MyVoice, eNPS, and pulse checks.
- Manage relationships with survey providers and utilize advanced statistical methods to gauge employee sentiment.
- Ensure seamless implementation and management of listening mechanisms to capture valuable insights.
- Support wider P&C initiatives with your expertise.
Work Reinvented:
- Lead enterprise experiments aimed at enhancing joy, health, and creativity in our workplace.
- Establish governance and tracking systems for work reinvention initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to measure and support improvements in our system of work.
- Use data-led insights to measure impact and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
