Tasks

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Complex high ticket B2B sales with longer sales cycles and high ACVs
  • Be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Fast paced, growth mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Agile with a tendency towards framing ways of work towards scalability
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from outreach to close
  • Strong CRM management skills (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
  • Experience in the airline or TMC industry, directly managing partnerships, is a plus such as having a high-level understanding of the tech and systems that airlines use to distribute tickets

Responsibilities:

  • The key objective for you, as SQUAKE’s Sr. Account Executive, is to grow incremental and new sales from lead generation to account management with a focus on airlines and airline-related tech integrators and travel management companies
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to successfully closing deals
  • Build your own pipeline by outreach to prospects
  • Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with airlines and understanding and solving their problems and needs
  • Guide the prospects through the entire sales funnel and work with mutual closing plans untill you close the deal
  • Be a trusted ally and conduit between their needs and our product offering
  • Maintain accurate sales records, improve processes and overall ways of work within the larger partnerships team
