Description:
You will be responsible for
- Checking and booking all kind of vendor invoices according to German regulation
- Support the fixed assets management as a substitute
- Support the travel expenses checking and booking as a substitute
- Declaration of VAT as a substitute
- Clearing dunning letters
- General support tasks within the Finance team
Who we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting (especially, payable and fixed assets)
- Good knowledge and experience in SAP
- Good knowledge of the MS-Office package (especially, EXCEL)
- Professional commercial education (vocational training, college, university)
- Very good team work spirit and self-organizing ability
- Very good command of German and good command of English language
- High motivation, reliability, flexibility and ability to work in an international environment
