WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Business Systems team seeks to drive efficiency, improve accuracy and support risk reduction strategies by leveraging existing and introducing new technical Business Systems. The Business Systems team focuses primarily on the technical system infrastructure and procedures supporting financial, human resources, payment operations and dependent non-financial processes. The Sr Analyst, Business Systems will primarily support other analysts across the organization, supporting all aspects of the finance, people and accounting organizations. This role partners with functional area(s) of business to identify, provide solutions, and lead change that contributes to overall improvement of people-facing business systems.

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong technical expertise, and performs system enhancement configuration, ongoing administration, complex reporting, and integration support in adherence with SOX and all regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage tickets/requests submitted daily, providing support and communication as urgently reasonable.
• Troubleshoot and correct system issues, escalating SEVs and critical issues to appropriate business partners and leaders as urgently reasonable.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement automated business system solutions, prioritizing enhancements that bring the most value to ACV and team.
• Identify opportunities for business enablement and efficient systems processes for our business partners.
• Perform functional testing and support end-user testing, documenting scenarios and outcomes in adherence to SOX.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, and work with key business partners on required system enhancements to support new business.
• Identifies system enhancements that are sustainable and reduce the need for development work long term.
• Demonstrates accountability with project timelines and manages project expectations by clearly documenting risks, and communicating delays as urgently reasonable.
• Delivers projects and outcomes based on the prioritization determined by Business Systems and other key leaders.
• Works with business system vendor reps to ensure external tickets are addresses timely.
• Stays abreast of system product releases, assessing risk and escalating appropriately.
• Communicates effectively with Business Systems Leaders to ensure workload is communicated, and priorities are in alignment with expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
