Ansell is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst to join our team in Krakow or Brussels to join our FP&A team.
In this position you will be responsible for financial support (analysis of monthly BU results, evaluation cost impacts, consolidation & communication forecasts/budgets, margin improvement support), reporting (periodic business results reporting, KPI reporting, automation, and maintenance of the financial reporting tool product master) and ad-hoc projects.
Tactically, you will monitor sales, supply trends and pricing/costing guidance. This position will support the GPMO (Global Product and Marketing Organization) by preparing reports and analyzing business results to help achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you’ll need to possess financial acumen, skill in handling large amounts of data, proficiency in using technology for financial analysis, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Director Finance, GPMO, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the monthly close process through monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting
- Develop business acumen for the GPMO organization by understanding the financial impact of business operations, supply delays, price impacts
- Assist in evaluating quarterly cost impacts and understanding their effects on ‘landed cost’
- Support portfolio performance optimization through rationalization of underperforming or aging products
- Support the annual Long-Range Planning process and Operating Plan process where required e.g. consolidation of strategic plans and financial impacts of NPD’s and rationalizations
- Responsible for the automation of the financial reporting tool product master and assist in master data management to support product portfolio managers, ensuring reporting systems are aligned
- Ensure accuracy of the NPS reporting and other KPI reporting
- Support the GPMO with various ad hoc projects / M&A initiatives
- Analyse, improve/develop and follow-up of procedures and internal processes

- Demonstrated diversified finance experience including reporting & analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of product costing, including duties & transportation cost structures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, orientation to detail, flexible, proactive and result driven (ability to meet strict & short deadlines)
- Strong commercial acumen with entrepreneurial spirit and analytical skills with commitment to excellence
- Good communicator with ability to interact with different stakeholders, comfortable with matrix organisation and international setting
- Technology savvy; strong expertise in Excel & PowerPoint, confident user of MS Office
- Experience in financial modelling and business partnering as well as proficiency in HFM/FCCS and Qlikview Business Intelligence an advantage
- Language: Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- This role requires occasional travel (<15%) and work flexible hours with multiple time zones
