Responsibilities:
- Extract, review, and prepare large amounts of data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting for the Loyalty promotional plan (both Mass and Targeted)
- Generate meaningful insights, identify new opportunities, and drive strategies to solve business problems on a regular basis
- Leverage machine learning techniques to develop and optimize targeting algorithm
- Support detailed analysis (data sourcing, analysis, testing) to ensure reliability, credibility, and viability of conclusions and recommendations
- Develop concise and easy-to-understand strategic and customer insights from data analysis to better-targeting promotions
- Support Loyalty marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of Mass and Targeted promotions
- Work with our Loyalty, Online, and in-store data to paint the picture of our customers and how they interact with Hudson’s Bay
- Develop new customer segmentations to better understand and target our customers in both online and brick and mortar businesses
