The Clinical Transformation Analyst/Senior Analyst, Clinical Programs will support the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and will collaborate with several teams across the Village on this executive-driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include: support in the development of DaVita’s specialty care roles and advancement of health equity to deliver integrated kidney care management of the unique needs of DaVita’s CKD and ESKD patients, creating analyses to generate insights and opportunity areas within our care model, developing clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, and creating new field facing tools, reports, and workflows.
The Analyst/Senior Analyst, will work on a team of highly-motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Strong executive communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization
- Subject matter experience with end-of-life care or Social Drivers of Health (SDOH)
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills
- Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
- Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple work lanes, with multiple teams
