Our Opportunity: The Analyst, Operations Standards will ensure Tim Hortons has clearly defined and executable standards and processes for all restaurant level projects to ensure operational efficiency. This role supports operational aspects of marketing and operations initiatives and collaborates with cross functional teams.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience in a restaurant operations or related position, experience working in a front-line position a plus
- Excellent written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel 0-25%
- College degree or equivalent business experience

Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Implementation Support:
- Tests and evaluates new products and defines operating standards
- Develops procedures to support in restaurant product execution
- Monitors and supports product test markets to ensure strong program execution
- Maintains recipes and training guides
- Develops tools to support flawless execution of brand initiatives
- Standards and Procedures for Core Menu
- Tests and/or validates brand recipes
- Tests product or process improvements and coordinates implementation
- Execution of Initiatives
- Tracks brand initiatives and determines impact at the field and restaurant level
- Communicates and makes recommendations regarding any heavy impact points or bottlenecks that could put a strategic initiative in jeopardy
- Visits test markets and conducts execution analysis
