The Partner Marketing Senior Analyst - Campaigns, Communications & Events is an experienced event professional who will play a critical role in the planning, execution and follow-through of innovative partner-facing marketing event experiences globally! In this role, you’ll work across the Partner Marketing team to support the Industry and Alliance team GTM goals for our diverse ecosystem of Consulting and ISV Partners at scale .
This position demands exceptional collaboration skills and a strong events background creating dynamic, innovative and engaging events. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and external agencies/vendors. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, expertise in managing high-visibility events, unshakable nerves, and an unrestrained desire to master and contribute to the best practices of delivering a world-class Partner events experience.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

This role is part of the Partner Enablement Marketing Team, and supports the full scope of planning, production, and execution for a wide scope of Partner-facing events, from small high-touch c-level events to larger events with up to 500+ attendees! The Senior Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to support and execute events within our event portfolio that includes but not limited to: Salesforce Partner Events (such as Partner Kick Off, Partner Summits), Customer Success and Partner Integrations (World Tours, Dreamforce), Meetings and Engagements at Salesforce Strategic Events (Dreamforce, Connections), and Partner Experience at Third Party Industry Events — such as AWS re:Invent, CES, NRF (National Retail Federation), HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management Systems Society), ShopTalk (the future of retail); MWC (Mobile World Congress).

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce and Partner brand to ensure consistent, on-brand events that support both Salesforce and Partner goals.
  • Support event teams, create and manage detailed project plans, drive complex timelines and ensure partners are briefed and aware of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Team Lead to create best practices, operational processes, and playbooks for partner events, continuously iterating and creating repeatable programs to scale.
  • Build relationships and work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including Alliances & Channels, Global Technology Partnerships, Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, Meetingforce, and Budgetforce team members.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor invoices, contracts, and SOWs and communicate budget implications to team lead and identify cost effective solutions every chance you can.
  • Build and manage internal relationships with Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Global Field Marketing to ensure continuous event alignment.
  • Provide status updates for a variety of audiences including partners, management and peers, (e.g., Report out event announcements, highlights and results in slack posts).
  • Manage external vendor and agency relationships, including negotiating budgets and contracts.
  • Support development and delivery of consistent pre-planning presentations, post event surveys, and analyze, track and report on event ROI.
