REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1-3 years HR Generalist working experience with a heavy focus on recruitment is required
- Previous experience with recruitment and employee relations for a Distribution or Manufacturing group
- Strong understanding of employment standards across Canada
- Flexibility to work different shifts based on business needs
- University degree and/or college diploma in Business/Human Resources
- Strong communication, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal investigations as required
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Responsible for communicating company initiatives to all employees
- Assist the supervisors with the return-to-work process
- Provide guidance and assistance with the attendance management process
- Communicate and provide support to employees with regards the benefit and total rewards programs
- Assist all departments with performance management
