Description:

2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America
DaVita’s Physician Experience team is a high-energy, entrepreneurial group committed to creating a superior patient and physician experience. We are currently seeking a senior communications analyst to join our team in Denver. This analyst will have the unique opportunity to manage and execute communication initiatives that impact clinical leadership and create differentiated quality outcomes for our dialysis patients.
The ideal Senior Communications Analyst is ambitious, inquisitive, creative and results-oriented. They have the ability to synthesize complex information into cohesive communications campaigns that inspire physicians to take action or change their behavior to positively impact our patients. They will take part in some analysis and process improvement for physician communications in partnership with our Analyst.
Candidates ideally have 2-4 years of corporate communications or agency experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, public relations, marketing, or other communications-focused areas. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a candidate could alternately have 6-8 years of on-the-job experience to prepare them for this role.
Through their work, the senior analyst will gain a strong understanding of the business, develop the skills needed to become a strategic counselor and communications leader within or outside of our Village, and foster partnerships with operational and clinical leaders.

Communications Campaign Management and Deployment:

  • Partner/Stakeholder Intake: Ensure our Village partners/stakeholders understand our standard intake process, which the Sr. Analyst manages for their lanes, and touch base with these SMEs frequently to ensure our physicians are receiving the right information at the right time.
  • Development: Draft focused, concise communications and other content (FAQ documents, backgrounders, etc.) that inspire physician action and behavior change and help drive a culture of safety within our clinics.
  • Deployment: Deploy some email communications to physicians (Though deployment activities will also be assigned to Sr. Analyst and Manager, Analyst will be main POC and serve as liaison to BRM for our email deployment platform.)
  • Proofing: Since Sr. Analysts are ultimately responsible for quality control for emails distributed through their lane, they will have keen attention-to-detail and superior editing/proofreading skills.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders such as the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, field operations, corporate strategy, and government affairs, among others.
  • Manage end-to-end communications process, from planning and development to deployment, reporting and optimization with little input from manager.

Data Analysis and Stewardship

  • Data analysis: Synthesize complex data sets (especially as it relates to physician email and content engagement rate) to identify patterns and trends.
  • A/B testing: Work with Analyst to identify communications to be included in our monthly A/B testing plan.
  • Data stewardship: Partner with Analyst to share weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports with key stakeholders to give actionable insights to those who want to engage with our physicians.

Here is what you can expect when you join our Village:

  • A “community first, company second” culture based on Core Values that really matter.
  • Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average.
  • Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential.
  • Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.
  • A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future.
  • Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.
