  • Principales Actividades, Responsabilidades y Autoridades:
  • Cumplir sus funciones apegado a la cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.
  • Cumplir e impulsar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Baxter y el código de conducta.
  • Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros.
  • Responsible to review Customer orders (open SJ and ST) for Monterrey Production Scheduling
  • Follow up on service parts transfer of new projects.
  • Point of contact for service requirements for Monterrey Plant
  • Elaborate a production schedule based on material availability and production capacity for service parts, surfaces, frames, silkscreen and subassemblies based on open orders
  • Lead weekly meetings with manufacturing and materials team to review production plan based on production capacity and material availability.
  • Update planning bills based on monthly forecast release or as needed.
  • Review the Haul shortage report daily and advise Distribution and Sales Team of Monterrey product shipments.
  • Analyze customer orders and if for any reason we are going to miss the schedule pick date, process an order reallocation to inform the sales team of the new delivery date from Monterrey.
  • Follow up service requirements.
  • Attendance to daily production meetings.
  • Review daily alerts to make sure work orders are schedule according to the need.
  • Responsible to realign work orders on a weekly basis based on production schedule.
  • Attend and active participation on the Build to ship meeting with the sales team
  • Develop and maintain a close partnership with Materials, Sales, Distribution, Shipping Production, Customer Service, Order Allocator, and Centralize Planning Specialists.
