We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Finance Business Intelligence team with a specialization in PowerBI reporting. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with finance stakeholders, data engineering teams, and other technical personnel to develop and deliver business intelligence solutions using the Power Platform. This role demands an analytic thinker capable of delivering stories through data visualization and a professional who can lead projects and provide guidance to other analysts.

PowerBI Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient PowerBI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.

• Data Modeling: Understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts and previous experience in DW environments.
• Business Analysis: You know the questions to ask to get to the heart of the matter. You leverage your relationships with multiple business areas and IT to develop compelling data solutions.
• Problem Solving: You don’t stop until the problem gets solved, no matter how complex, and you find more than one way to solve it. You don’t just test that it doesn’t break, you test until it doesn’t break.
• Collaborate: You love working with other people, presenting your viewpoint but ultimately working to-wards the best, most sustainable solution. You enjoy working on solutions that will be here for the long-term and have a transformational impact on the organization.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide other analysts on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
