Description:
SUMMARY
The Sr. Analyst, Strategy & Operations, is responsible for supporting initiatives and process improvement projects in support of MedPOINT’s operations and client portfolio. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, Strategy & Operations, the Sr. Analyst will be integral to client strategic initiatives reporting.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience or interest in development and management of dashboards and reporting to support strategic and operational objectives
- Experience in data analytics and/or visualization, preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several requests at the same time
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment and to prioritize work accordingly
- Ability to work directly and independently with teammates and stakeholders
- Ability to generate, interpret, and summarize data and reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Research, gather, and analyze data to prepare reports for review and action by SOPI and client leadership
- Following team expectations, generate client-ready reports based on key performance indicators that support targeted performance improvement efforts using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- In collaboration with the Project Manager, help set the direction of operations and client projects and reporting
- Develop clear and concise materials in response to client requests as directed
- Support slide deck presentations for internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Follow and execute upon project methodology to effectively meet project requirements and maintain a proactive approach
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders as needed to meet project milestones and ensure quality of deliverables
- Provide frequent, detailed communication to stakeholders on project development and status
- Research and build the knowledge base for SOPI initiatives by pursuing self-study in areas regarding best practices and operational improvements that could benefit own role, as well as MPM operations
