JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Process domestic and international wires from Corporate Payables, Legal, and HR.
  • Process daily custodial wires to taxing authorities for the commercial and residential business.
  • Daily disbursement and funding balancing.
  • Wire and ACH recording.
  • Tracking wire and ACH transactions.
  • Month end close and reporting and activity.
  • BAI upload and posting.
  • Daily liaison with operations, Cognizant and other internal and external customers.
  • Participate in client, RegAB and Sox audit.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fully Cycle Accounts Payable processing.
  • Daily balancing and posting.
  • Wire and ACH payment processing.
  • 1099 Reporting.
  • Cash application.
  • Participate in accurate and timely closing of General ledgers on a monthly basis.
  • Deliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high-performance culture.
  • The function will include funding verification, RegAB reporting and compliance and outstanding checks reporting.
