Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our Federal Acquisition Team (FAS) as a Senior Associate Acquisition Sales Support. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting operational functions and processes for the FAS team, which supports Federal, State/Local, Education, and FirstNet business clients, FAS Sales Executives, and FAS Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include interacting with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management, participating in special projects on an as-needed basis, managing inventory, assisting with government contracting documents, and audit preparedness.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with operational processes and applications in Consumer and Business units such as Telegence, eOPUS, OPUS, and others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and new tasks, undeterred by new challenges
- Excellent communication skills: ability to build rapport with members of various sales channels and customer types, readily available, quick to respond to team members and requests, consistent and thorough follow-up
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: This role will be responsible for managing the physical inventory for the FAS team, sourcing limited inventory from retail locations across the nation, manual inventory orders, tracking and preparing shipments, routine inventory counts, staying up to date on demo device tracker, maintaining audit preparedness, and ensuring compliance.
Sales and Operational Support: In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks requested by management and sales executives which are not limited to but can include: distributing communications throughout the team, generating reports detailing different customer account information as well as sales results, facilitating orders, shipping inventory out to various customers, assisting with government contracting documents, account management, occasional on-site customer assistance and device deployments, and special projects.
Salary $56,400- $65,841
