Salary Ranges from 200-400K
Responsibilities
Case Management: Overseeing a portfolio of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
Legal Representation: Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions related to personal injury claims.
Client Consultation: Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights, options, and potential outcomes.
Case Analysis: Assessing the merits of personal injury claims, conducting legal research, and formulating strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Document Preparation: Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Investigation: Conducting thorough investigations into accidents or incidents resulting in personal injuries, gathering evidence, and interviewing witnesses to support clients’ claims.
Negotiation: Negotiating with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in personal injury cases to secure fair settlements for clients.
Trial Advocacy: Presenting cases in court, including examining witnesses, presenting evidence, and making legal arguments on behalf of clients during trials and hearings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience working as a Personal Injury Lawyer
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and project management skills
Have sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives
Ability to provide superior service to clients
Handle the caseload from beginning to end
Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing
Ability to provide clear direction and be comfortable with delegating tasks
