Description:
THE CLIENT HAS A PLC, SCADA AND ELECTRICAL STANDARDS AND THE CONSULTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THESE STANDARDS ARE FOLLOWED). THE CONSULTANT WILL NEED TO ALIGN WITH THE CLIENT (UTILITIES DEPARTMENT) TO ALIGN THE PROJECT WITH THEIR REQUIREMENTS.
The consultant needs to have at least basic E&I, PLC and SCADA (S7/WinCC/Tia Portal) knowledge. Experience in Pharmaceutical sector or any other industrial environment is key.
Min 3 to 5 years’ experience. Start within 3 months. Knowledge of Dutch and English is required.
Important: not looking for programmer but consultant who wants to do project management (less technical, follow up projects, contact suppliers, communication, documentation). Previous programming and electrical design experience is ok.
SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in industry sector, preference for experience in pharma sector.
- Ability to work in team
- Autonomous, proactive
- Project management skills (follow up: from spec to orders and delivery).
- Troubleshooting for automation issues
- Affinity for documentation (following procedures, writing and executing test scripts, plans and reports,… ).
- Electrical design, installation and commissioning of installations (E-PLAN, AREI, EN60204,…)
- PLC knowledge : (S7, Tia Portal, profibus, profinet, OPC, …)
- HMI knowledge (SCADA WinCC)
- Knowledge of industrial computer hardware, software and networks
- Experience with commissioning of (utility) installations.
- Knowledge of validation and pharma processes
