THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst, IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration, with a strong background in HRIS support and a proven track record of managing and optimizing PeopleSoft systems. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure our HRIS meets organizational needs.

• Provide comprehensive support and administration for PeopleSoft HRIS, including modules such as Benefit Administration, eCompensation, ePerformance, Payroll interface and Absence Management.
• Gather and analyze requirements from HR stakeholders to design and propose effective PeopleSoft solutions that align with business objectives.
• Design and document PeopleSoft solutions, focusing on usability and optimization of HR processes.
• Conduct thorough system testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and efficiency prior to deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
• Work autonomously and manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Liaise with IT and HR departments to ensure system integration and data consistency across platforms.
