EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of strategic approach, operational excellence, and an interest in making decisions based on data.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in related field OR Master’s Degree with 2 years related experience. Degree in life sciences and/or M.B.A. is preferred. Comparable experience will be considered in lieu of education listed.
  • 3 years of experience consolidating large data sets, identifying trends, and crafting visual representations of data.
  • Experience developing performance indicators and measuring improvements.
  • Track record of achieving systems maturity results and ability to communicate a clear vision, effectively lead through ambiguity and taking appropriate risks.
  • Ability to build coalitions across functions and influence others in a global environment.
  • Proven understanding of common business indicators, elements of financial reporting, and cash flows.
  • Effective negotiator with experience leading change at all levels of an organization
  • Deep understanding of modern digital tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce, or Smartsheet
  • Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture, sort, and transform revenue and sales data to enable data led decisions and propel business growth.
  • Synthesize visualizations from complex data sets and generate automations for recurring performance monitoring.
  • Champion collaboration between different departments involved in the S&OP process, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, and finance.
  • Map the customer journey through a digital lens. Identify and resolve inefficiencies.
  • Proactively evolve data governance processes to support scalable solutions.
  • Support the development of business processes to run the intake, planning, monitoring, and closing of key commercial process improvements.
  • Guide the consolidation of the Revenue Operations tech stack and facilitate accessibility for end users.
  • Ensure team member and colleague data literacy is appropriate for independent generation of insights.
  • This role is primarily remote with expectations to attend various sites in the global the network.
