Description:
Brunel International is looking for an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager for our Wellhead Division. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years of experience in Sales in the upstream sector (Wellhead Division). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling goods and services, and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA desirable.EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of experience in Sales in the upstream sector (Wellhead Division); 5+ years of experience in managing a sales team.SKILLS:
- Extensive knowledge of customer requirements, market demands; excellent communication skills; negotiation skills & interpersonal skills; ability to prospect new accounts; proven track record in developing business plans; ability to create excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Executive / Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling goods and services, and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients;
- Also, this position is responsible for bridging the gap between the principals and clients. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of customer requirements, market demands, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills & interpersonal skills;
- The ability to prospect new accounts with a proven track record in developing business plans is also essential.
