Sr Business Intelligence (BI with Qlik Sense)

Mindtech is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with solid experience in Qlik Sense to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an advanced level of English and a proven track record in delivering insightful BI solutions. This role is crucial in helping us turn data into actionable insights that drive business success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Qlik Sense in a BI role.
• Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense, including data modeling, scripting, and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with other BI tools is a plus.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in data governance and ensuring data quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the tech industry or with tech-related projects.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop and implement data models, scripts, and ETL processes to support BI reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all BI deliverables.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Qlik Sense tools and dashboards.
• Continuously improve BI processes and tools, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Qlik Sense with other systems.
• Document BI solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
