We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce and other financial software. Your responsibilities will include hands-on systems administration, ongoing maintenance, process documentation, and training materials creation. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency within Authentic8’s Business Operations teams and systems. This position will report directly to the Business Systems Manager and work closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams and cross functional managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technology-related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in ongoing business systems administration and software implementations within Business / Revenue Operations
  • In-depth functional and technical hands-on systems administration and solution architecture, particularly within a full “Lead-to-Cash” tech stack - Marketing Software (Marketo), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Finance Software (Zuora & NetSuite) and other related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience with implementation or enhancements of CPQ modules that include quoting, subscription management, pricing, product bundles, product/pricing rules, and advance approvals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating process documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of data integrity best practices and experience implementing data governance.Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Meet with departmental stakeholders and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals. Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and finalize requirements for sign off. Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs
  • Hands-on Systems Administration: Administration of Salesforce - including integrations, automations, customizations, QA and troubleshooting efforts. Oversee managed packages within Salesforce (Zuora CPQ), ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Strong understanding of financial software systems and objects/data (Zuora & NetSuite preferred), implementing updates and enhancements as needed
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Conduct regular system and user permission audits to identify and resolve issues and access changes promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and improvements. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
  • Process Documentation: Document existing business processes related to systems and identify areas for improvement. Create comprehensive process documentation to guide users and support ongoing training efforts. Update documentation to reflect changes in processes or system configurations. Experience with JIRA / Confluence (or comparable PM / wiki tools) is preferred. Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance user proficiency and experience Guru is preferred.
  • Data Integrity: Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform regular data validation checks / create “exception reports” to address any discrepancies in audit. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain data governance practices
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize system usage. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency
