Responsibilities:

  • Provide Clinical Expertise and Credibility: Serve as a clinical expert in utilization, case, and disease management workflows, shaping sales strategies and influencing product development for new business opportunities.
  • Skillful Use of Technology: You will receive comprehensive training on our platform to master the practical application of our solutions in real-world healthcare settings, ensuring you can demonstrate their effectiveness confidently.
  • Enhance Pre-Sales Engagement: Actively collaborate with sales executives in pre-discovery planning and discovery meetings to understand client challenges, conduct platform tours, and gather knowledge on their high-value use cases.
  • Customize Client Demonstrations: For RFPs and post-discovery meetings, work closely and quickly with product operations to develop customized, interactive platform tours that clearly demonstrate how Aerial’s capabilities align with and exceed specific client requirements and value drivers.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with teams across sales, marketing, product operations, engineering, and customer success to ensure a cohesive buyer journey.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly gather and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to drive product enhancements and ensure continuous innovation within our platform.
