Description:
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming ESI and structured data using OpenText’s software.
- Utilize OpenText applications and scripts for data overlays and updates.
- Perform in-depth QC, adhering to checklist formats and service levels.
- Investigate and resolve data processing issues promptly.
- Ensure priority data is processed quickly to avoid delays.
- Provide consistent project status updates to teams.
- Communicate issues to senior team members or management.
- Coordinate with other teams to meet client deliverables and improve quality and efficiency.
- Manage changing requirements and workload with flexibility.
- Maintain confidentiality of client documents and OpenText procedures.
- Analyze workflows and suggest process automation for efficiency.
- Serve as the main contact for data processing issues and escalations.
