Responsibilities:

As the DynoConsult Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering on Dyno Nobel solutions offerings. Technical solutions require project scoping, measurement of KPI’s and execution of recommendations. Other duties will include:

  • Manage projects and documenting success of design, application, and/or product changes in the field.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships as a subject matter expert to provide recommendations for best practices and applications supported by measurement of key metrics.
  • Manage individual project related expenses (materials & travel).
  • Contribute to achieving budgeted customer profitability as measured by EBIT
  • Management of all company assets to assist with achieving Company goals.
  • Conduct pre-blast surveys e.g. face profiles, borehole deviation measurements, blast geometry measurements, product sampling, safety audits, etc.
  • Conduct blast performance measurements, e.g. digital high-speed video, vibration monitoring, the velocity of detonation, dynamic pressure, etc.
  • Conduct time studies on personnel and equipment throughout an operation including drill and blast operations, truck-shovel loading, dragline, processing, etc.
  • Respond professionally and timely to address problems and business requests.
  • Understand and enhance service requirements to continually improve customer profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with all DynoConsult engineers and personnel.
  • Candidate to write & appropriately document by writing appropriate reports to assure that projects are documented properly and archived.
