Sr Customer Service Desk Planner

As a Customer Desk Planner, you will oversee and/or performs Demand planning for a specific operations area trough directly communication with Customers, Commercial and Production Planning departments, critical to plant short to long term operations performance by creating monthly Sales Inventory Operations Plan.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experiencer on production planning and/or master production scheduling functions
• English proficient (80% written and spoken)
• Possess excellent organizational ability and effectively with internal and external parties
• Strong verbal, written and listening skills

• Oversees sales order management
• Prepares and presents global demand plan for short term
• Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and customer
• Strong communication and teamwork within planning, production and sales managers
