JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleSr.Data SpecialistJob DescriptionSr.Data Specialist (Panama City, Panama)The Service Part Supply chain (SPS) Master Data Management team is responsible for maintaining global master data processes, monitoring SPS master data quality and bringing reported master data issues to closure.You will be maintaining close communication lines with the SPS business as well as multiple other business units.The job has a strong international character and requires a strong drive to take the master data management processes to the next level.Are you an analytical thinker?Are you great at working out broader concepts while also being able to dive into details?Then this could be your next challenge!Your role: Ensure that SPS service part material master data is complete, correct, consistent, usable and has a positive impact on end-to-end transactional material master processing to have the right spare part on time at the right place against the correct cost to the Customer.Be the Data specialist, subject matter expert, process expert and point of contact for service part product master data questions and issues.Responsible for supporting the BPO MDM team on the incoming master data service requests and questions, if required initiated via Daily Management meeting.Identify Master Data issues and gaps and take adequate action to resolve them.Responsible for executing quality reporting and assisting the Master Data team with other specific required master data reports or provide advice.Work with SPS teams, Factory article specialists, product engineers and Market Customer Service master data specialists.Collaborate with colleagues from Business Units, SPS and Markets to sustain the master data process and support implementation of new functionalities and update, harmonize and standardize existing master data processes.Implement process improvements approved by the PLDM Manager.Supporting Service Part Global Processes & Standards.Year End closure support, adequate complaint handling support via PFS tool, query and analyze SAP master data.Ensuring that Master Data requests are resolved in a timely manner.Analyze master data requests, manage, escalate, and monitor progress end to end.Timely completion of annual price list changes.Timely SAP master data processing failure analysis and resolution determination.Provide end-user training on MDM processes, for assigned process areas and related stakeholders.Support User Acceptance Testing and Performance Quality testing.You’re the right fit if: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with cross-cultural environment (projects, teams, management) as well as third-party suppliers, creating and changing E2E processes, data readiness and quality, processing documentation and making training documentation.Basic understanding of (service parts) supply chain processes, strong communication skills in writing and speaking, and documentation practice.End To End thinking, process improvement and project management abilities preferredUnderstanding of SAP functionality in given process domain and advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite of products.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizationsStrong process analysis, process decomposition skills, fact-based approach to problemsAbility to drive topics to closure, flexible to meet project dead-lines, working well under pressureYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.We built our entire company around the belief that every human matters, and we won’t stop until everybody everywhere has access to the quality healthcare that we all deserve.Do the work of your life to help improve the lives of others.Learn more about .Discover Learn more about Read more about .If you’re interested in this role and have many, but not all, of the experiences needed, we encourage you to apply.You may still be the right candidate for this or other opportunities at Philips.Learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion .Additional InformationPanama work authorization is a precondition of employment.The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.Company relocation benefits be provided for this position.For this position, you must reside in within commuting distance to Panama City, Panama
