This position is responsible for developing more efficient operations processes through the introduction of improved procedures and deployment of improved systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A teammate in this position must:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferably, other applicable degrees with accompanying experience will be considered.
• Have 5 year’s experience with rack and conveyor applications and conveyor sortation experience.
• Have knowledge of labor standards development and miscellaneous warehouse and facility equipment such as dock, forklift, HVAC, lighting, etc.
• Have an understanding of distribution center operation including receiving, selection, replenishment and dispatch.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced office environment in a professional manner.
• Be analytical and organized and skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.

Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:

• Manage large-scale construction and material handling projects from conception to startup.
• Support miscellaneous department and division efforts.
• Manage conception and implementation of company’s Labor Management System.
