Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering.
  • At least 5-8 years of work experience in operations and/or supply chain.
  • Program management and/or Project management experience desired.
  • Planning experience plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics essential.
  • Experience in SAP (ECC, S/4 HANA), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Kinaxis Rapid Response desired.
  • Lean / Six Sigma qualifications desired but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills with wide range of stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who has a desire to learn.
  • Demonstrated focus on innovative thinking.
  • A change advocate who thrives on working in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSES:

  • Coordinates and controls Country Demand Planning and New Product Launch (NPL) Regional forecasting activities required to meet customer needs, business requirements, and service level objectives. In addition, supports, monitors and maintains finished goods inventory levels and system integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for examining, managing, and improving the business processes relating to:
  • Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning
  • Excess, expiry & obsolescence management
  • Master data management
  • Supply execution, exception management & impact assessment
  • New products tracking and transition calendar
  • Develops and drives business processes to support Country Demand Planning functional activities.
  • Proposes and implements processes that proactively alerts the company to opportunities and risks within the organization’s supply chain.
  • Facilitates all projects with the context of cost or productivity improvements at the Country or Regional level.
  • Engages with APAC Country Demand Planners, Global COE and other stakeholders to enhance business processes through automation or by leveraging scale and/or Global Business Services.
  • Participates and/or represents APAC Planning in Regional Functional Councils and Global COE (Centre of Excellence) forums.
  • Develops, aligns and executes against Service Level Agreements with Country Demand Planners on operational business processes.
  • Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
