Job Summary:

You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to listen and understand client needs, then help shape a solution. You have automation experience that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning. You’re adept at process assessments, and you understand applications of IA in different business domains. You can communicate complex concepts while managing client expectations and conveying the strength and benefits of various automation technologies for our clients. You will also have:

• Expertise in leveraging automation tools, preferably Tungsten (formerly Kofax), to architect, develop, and deploy RPA solutions for diverse and demanding scenarios.
• Experience in utilizing Azure AI tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Vision, Azure AI Language, and Azure AI Document Intelligence, combined with adept Prompt Engineering skills, to engineer comprehensive RPA bots, alongside a proven track record in designing and executing cloud-based solutions, particularly on Azure, showcasing adaptability and innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Substantial judgment to refine solutions, particularly when confronted with complex challenges, while actively seeking guidance when tackling intricate problems.
• Previous experience in conducting business analysis and driving process automation initiatives, highlighting a strategic approach to enhancing operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in designing efficient solutions, ensuring effectiveness and scalability. Proficient in working with SQL tables, views, and stored procedures, adeptly connecting them to applications to facilitate seamless data flow and manipulation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with business analysts, developers, and process owners to design and develop process optimization and automation solutions that will suit business needs.
• Help define IA value proposition and solution scope.
• Estimate level of effort and work within timelines to complete automation projects
• Improve IA infrastructure assets and help grow our capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
• Work within best practices for IA development and project management and help identify new development best practices.
• Partner closely with our stakeholder during projects and participate in meetings for requirement gathering, testing or project status.

Requirements:

• Experience in automating accounting processes in Applied Epic, WorkDay or Service Now with Tungsten (formerly Kofax) automation tools
• Experience with programming languages (Python, VBA, C#/.net, Javascript etc
• Experience working on transformational technology initiatives.
• Experience applying project management best practices and design-thinking approaches.
• Experience using key performance indicators, metrics, and data/predictive analytics to support planning, decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.
• Experience with consensus building to bring together opposing views and steering debates toward practical solutions and paths forward.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of intelligent automation experience within a complex IT environment
