Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive Experience in program management in Insurance Product development.
  • Versatile knowledge in Underwriting, Claims and Policy Administration systems.
  • Strong experience in Design and Development of Insurance Policy Administration using Genius, Meridian and SIS.
  • Should have hands on implemented/integrated Policy booking systems Genius for Europe Implementation.
  • Should have managed Programs with Global rollouts nature across APAC, EMEA & LATAM
  • Should have experience in Guidewire Product Implementation providing data architecture solutions.
  • Hands on Policy Datawarehouse analysis and prediction/report generation for underwriting guidance is expected.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
  • Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Experience in managing stakeholders.
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Experience in proposal writing & responding to proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Design and track development of Insurance Policy Administration with Customer owned products.
  • Manage Customer Workshops for APAC & EMEA Insurance products, drive country rollouts.
  • Provide support for Client workshops to build Inhouse Product rollout plans.
  • Work with Enterprise Architects to define, design solutions for Product Rollout.
  • Build Common Platform solution for Global Rollout.
  • Manage teams to develop Prototype based on Workshop output
  • Representation in Steer Co meetings for Product development status
  • Track Product Roadmap across different Project teams.
  • Manage Scrum masters and Agile teams across APAC countries for Product rollout and Underwriting Guidance Program.
