WHO YOU ARE:

• A College Graduate - BA/BS degree in Engineering required,
• 15 years of experience in engineering design in biopharma
• 8 years of people management experience.
• Manage personnel, budgets, schedules, etc
  The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is 174,000.00 - 248,500.00 - 323,100.00 USD Annual hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.

• Provide Leadership of the Vacaville Project Delivery team who deliver capital and OPEX projects on time, in scope, and within budget
• Define Engineering compliant strategies needed to meet site and network goals.
• Owns the site’s equipment and computer systems validation program
• Leadership of the Reliability team and owning the proactive asset lifecycle management program
• Oversight of the development and implementation of an engineering management system
