EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years professional experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Information Systems, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
- Experience enabling and leading global recruiting teams in high volume environments.
- In-depth understanding of the Talent Acqusition function and related business concepts, practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology (Workday HCM and Recruit, Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing, and Phenom). Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing integrated solutions across a global enterprise.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative approaches to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions. The objective is to yield positive impact.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of vendor management, TA technology pricing and commercial models, Statement of Work (SOW) development, and contracting.
- Consistent track record to seamlessly cross between planning and tactical execution
- Ability to simplify the complex and operationalize with consistent execution.
- Capability to influence with direct and indirect accountability.
- Delivery orientation with excellent organizational, project management and analytical skills. Strong communication skills required.
- Proven work ethic,, The ability to succeed in an environment of ambiguity due to organizational change.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
