Description:
DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Plan and execute eCommerce merchandising tactics and strategies to achieve the sales targets.
- Strategizing based on product metrics and weekly offers that the 4P team provides through the program manager (who would be the person tying out with 4P for exclusive offers)
- Coordinating communication efforts with stakeholders such as eflyer creation and weekly offers emails.
- Optimize web merchandising leading to increased conversion on the site.
- Understand through Adobe analytics and QM the best customer paths or pain points on the nav to course correct and improve conversion, reduce cart abandonment, and bounce rate
- Submitting test ideas to optimize UX and site conversion
- Improve the customer journey for product discoverability and conversion, assuring best portfolio offer for the route or country based on data or business needs. Identify best sellers, key trends & business priorities to define cross-sell and up-sell tactics.
- Ensuring content and images accuracy, in coordination with cross-functional teams, WW teams, and GEO stakeholders.
- Coordination with GEO teams to have accurate images for the main campaigns showing the correct products.
- Coordinating with stakeholders the campaign graphics in the website are in line with assets distributed to the accounts/partners.
- Ensure promo, pricing and stock are accurately displayed on site.
- Regularly QA top sites/top pages (homepage, DLPs, main products, main nav) making sure the pricing and products are showing correctly on the site, and submit bugs and follow up for resolution.
- Report weekly on merchandising and initiatives results from previous weeks, capturing key metrics and performance indicators, and identify trends and opportunities to maximize conversion.
- Have an own merch specific dashboard to understand trends and identify improvement opportunities on the site and campaigns execution.
- Tied with Raahat for deep dives on purchase path analysis, etc
- Support and help coordinate other marketing or UX implementation as needed.
- Ensuring new implementations are flowing and working correctly for top affinity stores in US & CA.
