THE IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE AT CONCORA CREDIT:
We are seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager passionate about defining, executing, and scaling enterprise-wide projects for a consumer-facing application that is used by half a million customers daily. The right candidate will want to be a teacher, and a leader of the Digital team, ensuring projects are balancing the right technology, business, process, and people needs ensuring that the end results delight customers while growing the team to the next level.
Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject, or combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of Eight (8) years of hands-on development experience in Web, Mobile and/or Backend services. Background in React will be a huge plus. Insights and interest In using Generative AI technologies is an added bonus and a great opportunity.
- Minimum of six years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong track record of successfully delivering software projects on time.
- Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms.
- Knowledge and practical experience applying software quality principles and practices.
- Understanding of automated test frameworks.
- Experience supporting production applications and services.
- Financial Services industry experience.
